Terms and Conditions
We ask that you confirm your booking and catering
options at least seven (7) working days prior to your function. At this
point your booking is considered firm and we will proceed
Final numbers are required no later than 2 working
days prior to your event. This number will be accepted as final and charges
will be made accordingly.
Cancellations / Rescheduling
We understand that sometimes it is necessary to
cancel or reschedule a meeting, however late charges will incur charges as follows:
Cancellations or rescheduling within seven (7) days of your event
will incur the Meeting Room Hire Charges applicable to your booking
Cancellations, rescheduling or "No Shows" within two (2) working days of your
event will incur the Total Meeting Room Hire and Catering Charges applicable to your event.
Exceptional weather cancellations
As we are all aware, Tasmania's normally beautiful weather can turn nasty
necessitating the occasional closure of the main North-South Highway. In
such weather related instances, as defined
by the police

, we will waive the full charge normally
applicable and only charge the Meeting Room Hire Charges.
Room Allocation Policy
The Grange reserves the right to allocate venues to
match the needs of any particular group on any particular day. We will
endeavour to meet the specific requirements of all groups.
Food and Drinks Policy
The Grange does not permit self catering or outside
food and drinks to be consumed on the premises. The Grange is fully licensed
and does not allow Bring Your Own (BYO) alcohol.
In the unlikely event that a requested/selected item is unavailable
we reserve the right to substitute an equivalent or better option.
